原空间是精装交付，就精装而言，样板房与精装呈现的是共性，之于居住空间则追求特殊和独特性。常言道“鸡肋”，“食之无味，弃之不舍”大概说的就是精装房这种东西。所以，一个字，“改”！

The original space is delivered by hardcover. As far as hardcover is concerned, the model room and hardcover show the commonness, while the residential space pursues the particularity and uniqueness. As the saying goes, "chicken ribs", "tasteless food, give up" probably said is hardcover room this kind of thing. So, one word, "change"!

空间总是围绕人而产生话题，什么样的生活模式造就什么样的空间环境。客户是某科技企业的财务高管，经常出差，有时候居于一角就能开启工作模式。所以，我们将公共空间区域打造成为一个可以沟通互动的场所，在繁琐的实物中，精神世界的满足和放空才是核心。除了工作，我们还有生活，还有家庭，我希望这些能很好的在空间中共生。煮一杯咖啡，伏于吧台上处理几份文件，顺便指点下在旁边写作业的小孩，舒适，轻松而自由。

Space always revolves around the person and produces the topic, what kind of life mode makes what kind of space environment. The client is a finance executive at a technology company who travels a lot and can sometimes work in a corner. Therefore, we turn the public space area into a place where communication and interaction can take place. In the tedious material objects, the satisfaction and emptying of the spiritual world are the core. In addition to work, we also have a life and a family, which I hope will live well in the space. Make a cup of coffee, bend over the bar to process a few papers, and give directions to the child who is doing his homework nearby.
