就住宅设计而言，任何形式的呈现最终都要回归到居住本身，“好用好看好维护”，但这是其一。对于“用”与“美”每个人处的状态和阶段会衍生出不同的行为观念。可以“少即是多”，“用”而至上到达到“美”；也可以寻求某种文化或者物理结构的客观规律，按一定的脉络延展开来，使人沉浸在某种特定的情绪之中。
